Crown 99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Malaysia

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Crown 99" or "Platform" refers to the website https://crown99.im and all services provided through it, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, e-sports, virtual sports, and all other available games.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on Crown 99 and uses the services provided.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created by a member upon registration, which stores personal information, balance, transaction history, and all gaming activity.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Crown 99 member's account, including actual deposited funds and any bonus credits (where applicable).
• "Bet" refers to any bet placed by a member using their Crown 99 account balance on any game or sporting event.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits or incentives granted by Crown 99 to members through various promotional programmes, subject to the applicable bonus terms and conditions.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on Crown 99.

Crown 99 is an online betting platform with strict eligibility requirements. You are eligible to become a Crown 99 member only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Crown 99 takes its responsibility to protect minors seriously, and any registration attempts by underage individuals will be blocked and reported.

• Welcome Bonus (RM288): Available to new members on their first deposit only. Rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Valid for 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• One account, one bonus: Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is a violation of these terms.
• Rollover requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be used for wagering in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements. Cancelled, voided, or otherwise invalid bets will not count towards fulfilling the rollover requirements.

• All Crown 99 casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) software that is independently audited by accredited bodies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• In Live Casino games, the table rules announced by the dealer during the session shall apply. In the event of a dispute, the video recording of the relevant session will be used as reference.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, Crown 99 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Bets affected by an unresolvable technical disruption will be refunded.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the set limits will not be accepted by the system.
• Progressive jackpots and large wins may be subject to additional verification before being credited to the member's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Crown 99 and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as balance forfeiture:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, collect data, or carry out any other activity on Crown 99 without written authorisation.
• Bonus abuse — including holding multiple accounts, colluding with other members to dishonestly fulfil rollover requirements, or using a false identity.
• Money laundering — Crown 99 complies with all Malaysian anti-money laundering (AML) laws. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion in poker games — communicating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
• Use of inside information or confidential information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Attempting to exploit system bugs or errors for unlawful gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to Crown 99 support immediately.
• Chargebacks or unauthorised chargebacks made through a payment provider after funds have been credited to a Crown 99 account.

A Crown 99 account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary Closure: Members may close their own account at any time by contacting Crown 99 customer support. Any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member upon completion of the required verification process.
• Suspension by Crown 99: Crown 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for the purpose of investigating suspicious activity. During the suspension period, members will be unable to access their account, make deposits, or withdraw funds.
• Closure by Crown 99: Crown 99 reserves the right to permanently close any member's account if they are found to have violated the terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or based on Crown 99's internal risk assessment.
• Inactive: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant and may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance reaches zero or the member reactivates their account.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Crown 99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Crown 99 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers, payment providers, or gaming software suppliers.
• Loss of account access resulting from the member's own failure to maintain password security.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties in relation to sporting events or games.
• Any disruption, delay, or error in transaction processing caused by third parties.

Crown 99's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
